Seventeen families have filed a fourth lawsuit against Celina ISD and former teacher Caleb Elliott over sexual misconduct allegations.

Caleb Elliot, 26, was federally indicted last month on eight counts of production and attempted production of child pornography.

Celina police have ended the active investigation into former middle school coach Caleb Elliott, who allegedly recorded dozens of students in the locker room. No other suspects were named, nor was there evidence Elliott set up hidden cameras.

Former Celina ISD teacher Caleb Elliott has been arrested for authorizing or inducing the sexual performance of a child.

Nine families have joined a lawsuit against Celina ISD over allegations that former Moore Middle School football coach Caleb Elliott recorded students undressing.

Micheale Clark is the fourth teacher from Celina Independent School District to be arrested in the past month. Others have been placed on leave.

Another Celina ISD employee has been placed on leave following new allegations of misconduct involving a high school wrestling coach, adding to a string of investigations within the district.

School districts can now be held liable for sexual misconduct involving employees and students under Texas HB 4623. And Celina ISD is already facing a lawsuit.
