Plano residents asked city council members about traffic and parking for the Dallas Stars Hockey arena in Plano — but the council members don't have answers yet.

The Dallas Mavericks and Stars said in a joint press release that the teams reached an agreement on "outstanding matters" between the two organizations.

The analysis will determine how upgrades and additions to this facility, including a new arena for the Dallas Stars, would affect the area.
