Fort Worth leaders are hoping for a home run as baseball fans rally in Tarrant County.

The Fort Worth City Council was briefed at its June 11 meeting about plans for incentives for Fort Worth Heritage, the joint venture between Majestic Realty Co. and Hickman Companies, along with development partner M2G Ventures.

The historic Cowtown Coliseum will host the 2025 event May 8-11 and May 14-15 for the eliminations round and the “Ride for Redemption,” while AT&T Stadium will welcome spectators to the final showdown May 17-18.

When John Crimber walks into Cowtown Coliseum, the 18-year-old will have the chance to make history as the youngest PBR world champion.
