Top Stories: Doctor Training For Overseas Surgeries; The Effort To 'Take Back Oak Lawn'

The top local stories this morning from KERA News: A renowned African eye doctor is in Fort Worth this week to train local doctors to perform surgeries overseas. Dr. Helena Ndume has treated cataracts in more than 30,000 people in her home country of Namibia.
