From The Newsroom: Dallas ISD Board Members Mull Superintendent Search Options

The top local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: Dallas school district board members will discuss their options in the superintendent search this afternoon.

Also, the managed toll lane project for Interstate 635 is done. The new lanes will open later today, in time for the evening commute.

Another highway is also edging closer to completion: a 64-mile bike superhighway connecting Dallas and Fort Worth. A major link in the project opened yesterday.

Finally, we’ll get a sneak peek of the Venice Film Festival in this week’s Big Screen.
