Top Stories: What's In Store For Dallas City Council Rookies?; Bedbugs And Rental Properties

A newly inaugurated Dallas City Council holds its first meeting on Wednesday. Newcomers and familiar faces from south and west Dallas have replaced four ousted incumbents seen as regular supporters of Mayor Mike Rawlings: Monica Alonzo, Erik Wilson, Carolyn King Arnold and Tiffinni Young. 

KERA’s Sam Baker talked with city hall reporter Tristan Hallman of the Dallas Morning News about how the turnover could affect the dynamics of the council.
