Top Stories: Fort Worth City Council To Decide On $1.6 Billion Budget

The top local stories this afternoon from KERA News: On Tuesday, the Fort Worth City Council will vote on a new budget that would cut property tax rates. But as KERA’s Christopher Connelly reports, a lower property tax rate doesn’t always mean a lower tax bill.
