National Weather Service

The top local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: Thanksgiving weekend storms made this the wettest November since 1918.

According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, DFW International Airport reported about 8 inches of rain from Thanksgiving to Sunday evening. The Trinity River has been above the flood stage of 30 feet since Friday.

There’s a 20 percent chance of rain today, but we should get a break from wet weather Tuesday.
