From The Newsroom: Refusing Same-Sex Marriage Licenses; Michael Hinojosa Returns

The top local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: Tomorrow, the state will begin offering benefits to the spouses and children of gay and lesbian employees. However, getting a marriage license may be difficult for some couples because some county clerks are refusing to hand them out.

And Bill Zeeble caught up with the new interim leader of the Dallas school district: Michael Hinojosa, who was school superintendent from 2006 to 2011.
