From The Newsroom: A Familiar Face At Dallas ISD; Delirium At The Hospital

Superintendent Michael Hinojosa
Michael Hinojosa was Dallas superintendent from 2006 to 2011.

The top local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: A familiar face is returning to the Dallas school district to be its interim leader. Michael Hinojosa, who was superintendent from 2006 to 2011, will be returning to assume the post while the district searches for a news superintendent.

And this week’s Vital Signs focuses on delirium. Not to be confused with dementia, delirium can come on suddenly, and it usually occurs during a hospital stay.

You can listen to North Texas stories weekdays at 8:20 a.m. and 6:20 p.m. on KERA 90.1 FM.
