Vandals Hit Arlington Mosque Twice

By BJ Austin, KERA News

Dallas, TX – Arlington Police want help to solve two incidents over the weekend at a mosque.

Police found graffiti depicting explicit images spray painted on the parking lot of the Dar El-Eman Islamic Center on Mansfield Road last Friday. Police say early Sunday morning, someone apparently set the mosque playground on fire. Police have not determined if the two incidents are linked, but are investigating that possibility.

Anyone with information is asked to call Arlington police. The FBI is also working the case.
