Lawyers for Temptations Cabaret had argued new regulations imposed by the county on sexually oriented businesses violated the strip club's First Amendment rights to offer its services. But Temptations voluntarily dismissed the federal suit Wednesday.

Temptations lost its sexually-oriented business permit in June, after officials called it a “hotbed of crime.”
