Chair of Dallas’ Arts and Culture Advisory Commission collapses during meeting

David Small, chair of Dallas’ Arts and Culture Advisory Commission, collapsed during a meeting at City Hall late Wednesday afternoon.

Small is an entertainment lawyer who was appointed to the commission by Mayor Eric Johnson.

Small was rushed to a hospital. A city spokesperson said that information about his condition would not be immediately released.
