The Tarrant County area bus transit will offer free rides to the polls for early voting and on Election Day. Transportation will also be available for the elderly and the mobility-impaired.

What do you need to get a free ride?

  • Make sure to bring your voter registration card or current Texas ID.

How long will the offer last?

  • Trinity Metro will offer rides Oct. 18-29 for early voting and again on Election Day, Nov. 2.

ZIPZONE services and ACCESS paratransit will also participate in the program to get people to the polls. For ZIPZONE, free rides will be determined by pickups or a destination’s proximity to a voting location. Those who qualify and want to ride on ACCESS need to call Trinity Metro at least 48 hours ahead of the trip to schedule a free ride.
