Plano’s oldest house may avoid the wrecking ball after all. For several years, the city’s been trying to figure out what to do with the Collinwood House in West Plano. It’s at least 155 years old. The city council could decide on the future of the house as early as next month. Preservationists are trying to save it by learning more about its past.
