Top Stories: Reviewing Texas' Constitutional Amendments; The La Reunion Ghost Town

The top local stories this evening from KERA News:

Early voting started Monday for next month's elections and there are several local items on the ballot. Dallas voters will decide on a $1-billion bond package, and voters in the Fort Worth school district will vote on a $750-million bond proposal. 


There are also seven state constitutional amendments on the ballot and the ballot language is lengthy, so we're going to explain Propositions One and Two. KUT's Ben Philpott talked with David Brown, host of Texas Standard.
