Top Stories: The Need For A Marijuana ‘Breathalyzer’

The top local stories this morning from KERA News: Although recreational marijuana is still illegal in the state of Texas, the number of Texans testing positive for cannabis after a traffic accident has increased.

Police can use a breathalyzer to tell when someone is drunk, but no such thing exists for marijuana — yet.
