A statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee is coming down after all. On Wednesday, the Dallas City Council voted to remove the statue in Oak Lawn. That brought a lawsuit and a temporary restraining order. The statue’s fate was decided this afternoon in a federal courtroom.
