The Dallas architect, EG Hamilton, who gave NorthPark Center its distinctive look has died earlier this week. Hamilton was 97. NorthPark opened in 1965, and its understated elegance was a striking departure from other shopping malls. It had a clean, bright look with no big store signs.
During a summit in Dallas last month Uber made a stunning announcement. It plans to have flying cars ready for demonstration in Dallas and Dubai by 2020.
