Top Stories: Texas Presidential Electors Vote For Trump; State's First Black Millionaire

The ballots of three dozen Texas presidential electors put Donald Trump over the 270 electoral votes needed to formally win the White House. In Austin, more than 100 demonstrators outside the Texas Capitol had hoped more electors would reject Trump.
