Top Stories: Did A Dallas Councilmember Spill The Beans On Museum Tower?

The top local stories this morning from KERA News: The board of the Dallas Police and Fire Pension System today will hold a special meeting to decide whether to take action against one of its members.

The board claims city councilman Philip Kingston breached his fiduciary duty when he spoke recently on TV about a possible sale of Museum Tower, which is owned by the pension system.

Other stories this morning:

  • Fort Worth-based BNSF Railway is another casualty of low oil prices. The company is furloughing about 4,600 employees nationwide.
