From The Newsroom: No More Passports In Tarrant County; A New Type Of Brain Rehab

Local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: The U.S. State Department has ordered Tarrant County to stop issuing passports. Federal officials are investigating a “possible infraction” in how the county handled applications.
