From The Newsroom: Preserving The Continental Bridge; Voices Of The Vietnam War

The top local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: The Public Landmark Commission will meet at Dallas City Hall today to consider making the Continental Avenue bridge a historical landmark.

Going forward with that designation could stand in the way of building a six-lane, nine mile toll road within the Trinity River’s levees. 

Also, this week's Vital Signs explores diabetic retinopathy, and we'll begin our Voices series called Remembering The Vietnam War.
