The top local stories this morning from the KERA Newsroom: Two University of Oklahoma students from North Texas have apologized for taking part in a racist fraternity chant. Also, the Dallas school district has put athletic trainers in its 23 high schools over the last two years, and Texas is becoming a hub of innovation for the video game industry.
