The top local stories this evening from the KERA Newsroom: The U.S. Department of Education says Southern Methodist University has violated Title IX. Also, Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings will have a challenger in next year's municipal elections. We'll revisit some families KERA profiled in last year's One Crisis Away series, and listen to songs of refuge for civil rights protestors.
