Dallas, TX – Former State Representative Terri Hodge who pleaded guilty in the Dallas City Hall corruption case will be sentenced this afternoon.
Hodge entered a guilty plea to one count of tax fraud for failing to report 74 thousand dollars in income.
Prosecutors say housing developers Brian and Cheryl Potashnik paid Hodge's rent and utilities and bought her new carpet in return for her political support. Hodge has denied that. Her plea involved a lesser charge.
She could get probation, or up to three years in prison.
