Triple-A Texas is teaming up with Dallas and Denton counties to make it easier to renew your vehicle registration.
Dan Ronan says Triple-A offices in each county will handle routine registration renewals as an added convenience.
Ronan: If you need new license plates, you're still going to have to go into a government office to get your license plate - your new physical license plate. Also, you can't be in a situation with your tags where your tags have expired, or anything out of the routine renewal.
Ronan says there's a one dollar "convenience fee" - which is waived for Triple-A members.
