Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison was unimpressed by President Obama's health reform speech. She says there wasn't really much there.
Hutchison: The President was talking to the American people trying to sway public opinion but I don't think he was trying to sway members of Congress because there's was nothing really substantive that was very different.
Hutchison said she wants to see a tax credit so more people can afford to buy their own insurance. She also want tort reform, which the president welcomed too, on an experimental basis.
