Dallas, TX – Heated debate over a million dollar bonus lead to a resignation in Austin today. The bonus was authorized by the chairman of the board of UTIMCO- the University of Texas Investment Management Company. The money was paid to UTIMCO's Chairman of the Board. UTIMCO oversees UT-system endowments. Harrison Powers reports from the Capitol on the ruckus that caused the unexpected resignation.
