Dallas, TX – As of Monday afternoon, electricity had been restored to some Houston residents but 1.6 million are still without power. The city has imposed a curfew and emergency crews are dodging debris as they attempt to bring in supplies.
Houston Public Radio reporter Laurie Johnson has been driving around Houston in her red mini-cooper taking stock of the situation. She talked to KERA's Shelley Kofler.
