Dallas Housing Director Resigns

By Shelley Kofler

Dallas –
Dallas Housing Authority President Ann Lott resigned late yesterday during a closed door meeting with board members. Her departure follows increased criticism after outside auditors reported poor management of Housing Authority money.

Lott has served in her post for seven years. The agency's chief of staff, Troy Broussard, will serve as interim housing president while a national search for Lott's successor is conducted.
