Dallas Street Choir shares the stage and stories, Broadway style

The Dallas Street Choir, made up of people affected by homelessness, shared the stage with Broadway star Bryan Terrell Clark for a moving performance about life on the streets.

UTD professor Jonathan Palant's Dallas Street Choir has commissioned "Shelter Me: An Original Rock Oratorio" to shed light on the issue of homelessness. The premiere of the work written by New York based composer Jacob Ryan Smith puts almost 300 people on stage, including three choirs, a pair of Broadway stars and an 18-piece orchestra.
