Top Stories: Republican Texas House Member Slams Donald Trump; Medical Care On Wheels

The top local stories this afternoon from KERA News: News that Donald Trump has no remaining competitors for the Republican presidential nomination is sending shockwaves through the Texas political circles. 

Republican Jason Villalba, who represents Dallas in the Texas House, pulled no punches in a column he wrote for the "Texas Tribune."

A fleet of vans bring health care to people who are homeless, in rehab or domestic violence shelters across Dallas County. It’s part of Parkland’s Homeless Outreach Medical Services. KERA’s Lauren Silverman reports on how those vans reached one woman and her kids when it mattered most.
