From The Newsroom: Fort Worth Names First African-American Police Chief; EPA Holds Hearing In Dallas

The top local stories this evening from the KERA Newsroom: The city of Fort Worth named Joel Fitzgerald as its new Chief of Police. Fitzgerald will be the city's first African-American police chief.

And the EPA held a daylong public hearing in Dallas on proposed rules that would govern oil and gas production.
