Watch Fort Worth’s Favorite Crooner Sing What He’s Thankful For On ‘Sesame Street’

Five stories that have North Texas talking: Leon Bridges does a Thanksgiving duet with Elmo on “Sesame Street”; Trinity Trails could expand to over 200 miles; Texas used to celebrate Thanksgiving twice; and more.

Thanksgiving isn’t until Thursday, of course, but Leon Bridges got the festivities started early.

Bridges, the breakout Fort Worth singer-songwriter known for his 2015 debut album “Coming Home,” joined the furry folks on “Sesame Street” for the Season 48 premiere on Saturday.

He tells Elmo that he’s thankful for friends, family and music. Don’t let us spoil it for you; watch the delightful segment below.
