This morning's top stories from the KERA Newsroom: Dallas has settled a complaint with federal officials who accused the city of unfair housing practices. The agreement makes sure Dallas won’t lose millions of dollars. But there’s a tradeoff: the city has to consider an option some neighborhoods and landlords won't like. And we hear from Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price about what's coming up there.
