Arron Cao, 17, and Sam Wang, 16, just arrived from Shanghai, China. They'll be attending high school at International Leadership of Texas, a Garland charter school.

Twenty new students are settling in at International Leadership of Texas, a Garland charter school. They just arrived from China and they’ll have existing student mentors. And for the first time this election season some candidates are accepting bitcoins as campaign donations.
