Pinochet

The Chilean Supreme Court has delayed the questioning of General Augusto Pinochet. In its ruling, the court said medical tests are first needed to determine whether the former Chilean dictator is fit to stand trial. The tests must be conducted in the next 20 days. James Reynolds reports from Santiago for the BBC.
