Host Bob Edwards talks to Paul Light, Director of Governmental Studies at the Brookings Institution in Washington, about the difficulties that the incoming Bush administration faces in selecting and appointing cabinet members and other high ranking government officials. Light is also Senior Adviser to the Presidential Appointments Initiative.
