War Loot

The U.S. Customs Service today returned an Italian Renaissance painting looted from Germany at the end of World War Two, probably by a U.S. soldier. The five-million-dollar painting was returned to German officials. Customs also used the occasion to announce that it will devote more of its' resources to the recovery of stolen art. From New York, David D'Arcy reports.
