White House Transition
Presidential transition teams normally have a little more than two months to prepare for the transfer of power from one White House regime to the next. But this year's election quandary has both camps wondering when they might be able to prepare for taking over. Two weeks of delay and doubt was one thing, but the prospect of a month or more of uncertainty is quite another. NPR's Tom Gjelten reports on what problems may be ahead.
