Wisconsin has been Democratic in the last three Presidential elections, but this year it's too close to call. That has both campaigns calling in extra resources this month and looking for swing votes. One source both parties would like to tap is on Milwaukee's South Side, where Hispanics are the latest immigrant group to come of age politically and make their presence felt.
