Dallas, TX –

How bad is the employment situation in North Texas? What makes the difference in one applicant being hired over another? What resources are available to help job seekers looking for work? Employment experts joined KERA's Shelley Kofler in the studio for an hour-long discussion and radio call-in, "Getting Back to Work."

Guests included Debby Kratky, Director for Capacity Building and Training for Workforce Solutions in Tarrant County. Workforce centers administer government job training funds and programs focused on employing Texans.
