President Biden addressed the country as Russia continues its invasion of Ukraine. There have been explosions across the country. Russia has invaded Ukraine by land, sea and air.

President Biden addressed the American people after Russia launched an invasion of Ukraine. Leaders across the world have condemned Russia's actions, and Biden on Wednesday night promised new "consequences" over the invasion.
