Black Academy of Arts and Letters

The City of Dallas’ Quality of Life, Arts and Culture Committee met Tuesday to discuss the logistics of their plan to temporarily relocate The Black Academy of Arts & Letters due to the $3.7 billion renovation of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.

The Dallas City Council granted two contracts to minority-led firms to oversee reconstruction of The Black Academy of Arts and Letters and the Dallas memorial Arena.
