Dallas, TX – Imagine digging and pushing backyard dirt around with a small Caterpillar tractor, only to unearth buried boxes of old data tapes. That's what Marcial Peredo found in his Falls Church Virginia home, near Washington DC. He almost threw it all out until a friend who works for Homeland Security told him the previous homeowner had been under surveillance, and the house raided. He later found charred cell phones, money, maps and tape containers in the built-in outdoor grill. He turned it all into federal authorities. Peredo was the government's 3rd witness in this trial pitting the government against holy land foundation leaders. They're accused of giving material support to the terrorist group Hamas.
