The top local stories this afternoon from KERA News: Thursday night, Hillary Clinton will accept the Democratic party’s presidential nomination. It’s a historic night, she’s the first female presidential nominee of a major party, and the significance of that isn’t lost on North Texans. 

Adrian Hall is a legend in American theater. The former artistic director of the Dallas Theater Center ran two major stage companies at once and won a Tony Award for his theater in Rhode Island.
