Dallas, TX – Irving voters decide three City Council seats on Saturday, May 8th.
Place 7 is a single member district in South and Central Irving. The race features a council incumbent and two challengers. 72 year old Sam Smith, council incumbent, is a longtime Irving resident and retired businessman. 46 year old Kim Limberg is a former TxDot civil engineer and Irving resident for 13 years. 51 year old Gerald Farris is a regulator manager and Irving resident for 15 years.
