Dallas, TX – Irving voters decide three City Council seats on Saturday, May 8th.
Place 2 is an at-large seat. Voters citywide will decide between an incumbent city councilman and challenger. 71 year old Tom Spink is the council incumbent. He's lived in Irving 21 years, and owns an insurance agency. 44 year old Roy Santoscoy is a life-long Irving resident and business owner.
Each candidate was asked the same questions:
How will single member districts impact city government?
What are the issues facing Irving?
