Dallas – As voters in Iowa, New Hampshire and around the country are casting early Presidential ballots, Texans are also weighing in- with their voices and the wallets.

Giuliani has collected more campaign money in Texas than any other candidate. Democrat Hillary Clinton ranks second for campaign contributions from Texas. Kofler interviews Jess Hay, one of her fundraisers. Mr. Hay is the retired chairman of the Lomas Financial Group.
